Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was superb. The room was spacious enough, very comfortable, and quiet with excellent air conditioning. It was not small at all, and, in general, it was very good. The service was top-notch, very nice, and the staff were very friendly and service-oriented. The location couldn't have been better, as it was perfect, close to the Vatican and all the shops. The dining experience, while a bit basic, provided some typical sweet Italian breakfast delights. Overall, a great value for money with fantastic facilities.
The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, the air-conditioner stopped working during my stay. The staff tried to be helpful and friendly despite the language barrier, making my experience pleasant. The location was excellent, just a couple of minutes from the Vatican on foot. While the dining options were limited to sweet Italian breakfast items, the price was reasonable overall.
The hotel's location is great, near the Vatican and within reach of shops and restaurants. The rooms, though clean, were small and lacked adequate lighting; however, some renovation work was needed to improve them. Unfortunately, the air-conditioner in our room wasn't working properly, and temperatures stayed uncomfortably high. The service staff, despite language barriers, made a real effort to communicate through hand gestures and were very accommodating. The dining experience offered a typical Italian breakfast, flavorful but with room for improvement. The hotel was convenient for sightseeing in Rome, particularly for visiting the Vatican and other touristic places.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were really hot, making it impossible to sleep or rest, even though they seemed recently renovated. However, the hotel staff were very warm and even took us to the airport instead of us having to get a taxi. The location was excellent, with good dining options around, close to the Vatican and local food shops. The breakfast was disappointing, with limited options, and the price could be better for what was offered.
The hotel is in a nice and quiet neighborhood and very close to the Vatican, making it ideal for our visit. The rooms, though fairly modern, are surprisingly spacious and clean to an acceptable standard. The service, despite language challenges, was extremely helpful and kind. The dining options were average, lacking variety, but the location being close to all Rome's attractions compensates for it.
